Project Engineer

Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise project execution to ensure compliance with schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present regular progress and status reports to management.
- Review and validate technical drawings, designs, and project documentation.
- Support problem-solving and decision-making for technical and on-site challenges.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction or real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, or Odoo).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Previous work on multi-basement or high-rise projects.
- Familiarity with cost estimation and budgeting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.
